I have worked in the ERISA compliance field for over 30 years. I have been an owner of REPTECH, a retirement plan consulting and administration firm and a consultant for a Colorado based trust company. The retirement plan business has changed dramatically over the last 30 years, but one area I found that has remained consistent is the need for creative plan design and customized support. Most third party administration firms (TPA) have moved to a volume business model, which though potentially more profitable, seldom provides the best services to plan sponsors. Our approach is different. We are not looking to be the next national TPA firm, instead, our focus is on working with a smaller number of clients who value the solutions we provide and the personalized service levels we offer to best meet their needs.

I know that during my time as a small business owner, I did what most small business owners do - wore a lot of hats and tried to spend more time working on the business rather than in the business. Bringing that perspective to CRPC allows me to understand our clients' concerns and objectives from a standpoint that most retirement plan consultants do not have.

Specialties: We consult with each client to determine their retirement plan objectives and then create the optimum plan design that will allow them to reach their goals while staying within the constraints of the law. Most of our clients have an idea of what they want their retirement plan to do, but they do not know how to navigate through the constant changing regulations to ensure compliance. That is where we step in and provide the individualized support they need.
